Brent Meincke, VP Branch Manager
I started at Alliance Bank in 2002 as a mortgage lender and worked in mortgage lending and Agricultural lending for my first five years. From there, was promoted to commercial/ag lender. In 2009, I was promoted to VP Branch Manager and continued to do mortgage, agricultural, and commercial lending while overseeing bank operations for retail, commercial and agricultural.
Since I grew up on a dairy farm, I have always enjoyed working with all types of farmers, understanding their farm operation, and being able to help them in any way to be as successful as possible. Farming can be somewhat cyclical by nature, and I enjoy assisting farmers in putting together a plan to help them cash flow throughout each year and build a successful plan for their family business to grow and be prosperous.
I also very much enjoy the mortgage lending side of banking. It’s very rewarding to help a young couple who is looking for their first home or a family with young kids who is looking to grow into a larger home. On the other side, it is also very rewarding to help empty nesters or retired people when they are looking to downsize by selling their house and move into a smaller house, townhome, or condo. I gain a great deal of satisfaction in helping individuals navigate through these major life events.
