Wade Carlson, AVP Commercial Lending

I started at Alliance Bank in 2011 and worked in customer service as a personal banker and a business banker for the first two years. From there, I evolved into a commercial lender and was promoted to AVP Commercial Lending in 2019, while still heading up our cash management sector for Alliance Bank’s eastern region. 

 

I was born and raised in Lake City and have really enjoyed working with businesses and individuals that I have known my entire life. Growing previous relationships and creating new relationships is the highlight of the job. I enjoy assisting customers and coming up with a plan together to help their business continue to grow and be prosperous. 

 

My position at the Bank has also allowed me to take on more responsibilities with consumer mortgage lending. This has been very rewarding as it allows me to create even more customer relationships outside of the business sector. It is very rewarding to help couples or individuals purchase their first home, a larger home, a smaller home, a second home or even help them with a home remodel project. I gain a great deal of satisfaction in helping individuals accomplish lifelong goals and help them navigate through major life events.
